Video Normal Places

Observers attempting to extract astrometric observations from GPS-tagged video frames should use this form to combine measures from nearby frames into mini normal places.

Please see the instructions in the on-line Video Astrometry guide (PDF) before attempting to use this form.

The script will return mini normal places corresponding to the observations entered. These normal places should be submitted to the Minor Planet Center in the normal fashion with appropriate header information.
